Intake Appointment
(1.5 -2 hours)
In person or virtual
Intake appointments generally last between 1.5 to 2 hours and include extensive discussion regarding your goals, health concerns, existing medical diagnosis, and current interventions. This is primarily an information gathering appointment. If we are meeting in person, we will also take a look at and discuss your body composition by using bioimpedance analysis, and review any physical signs of nutrient insufficiency.

Follow up appointment
(60 minutes)

In these appointments, we will discuss in-depth how to meet the goals that we explored during our last appointment, as well as learn about your health and how you can best support yourself nutritionally.
If we are meeting in-person, we will also retest your body composition.

Follow up appointment
(30 minutes)
In person or virtual
At these follow up appointments, we'll discuss how your personalized recommendations are working for you and reevaluate how to meet your goals. We will also take your body composition to ensure that muscle mass is retained for those clients joining me in person.

Bioimpedance analysis
(15 minutes)
In person only
This appointment is for existing clients well into their health journey who would like to check their body composition. This test includes a body composition test and brief discussion of results. Interventions and recommendations will not be discussed at this appointment.
