Hi, I'm Hannah!

I have always had a love for learning. Ok, I admit it, I'm totally a nerd when it comes to all things science and nutrition! It fascinates me how massive an impact our eating patterns can have on our lives. That's why I'm so passionate about personalized nutrition!

This passion led me to earn my M.S. in Human Nutrition from the University of Bridgeport, building on my B.S. in Biology. After obtaining my graduate degree, I went on to complete the requirements to become a Certified Nutrition Specialist (CNS), a credential focused on personalizing nutrition to each client based on what makes them unique, their stage of life, genetics, environment, demographics, preferences, anthropometrics, biochemical makeup, and unique medical challenges. I am also Licensed as a Dietitian-Nutritionist (LDN) in the State of Maryland. Currently, NY does not have a licensure requirement for nutritionists.

I currently live in upstate New York and enjoy wonderful variety of seasons and nature. When I'm not seeing clients, you might find me teaching a nutrition course or ballet class.
